In the 1930s, Heaven sent an urgent message to the world about the unfathomable mercy of God; how to ask for it, receive it, and spread it to others.
Jesus chose a humble Polish nun, Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska (1905-1938), to be His Secretary of Mercy, commanding her to write down as much as she could about His mercy.
My daughter, be diligent in writing down every sentence I tell you concerning My mercy, because this is meant for a great number of souls who will profit from it. Write: before I come as a just Judge, I first open wide the door of My mercy. He who refuses to pass through the door of My mercy must pass through the door of My justice.
Saint Faustina kept a diary during the last four years of her life. She wrote several times about how she saw God’s anger hanging heavy over Poland due to its sinfulness and ingratitude. Jesus and Our Lady instructed her to pray and sacrifice in specific ways to make atonement for these transgressions. Her response obtained much-needed mercy for her country.

Divine Mercy for America was established to combat the evil and sinfulness in our country and world today. It is a network of faithful souls and apostolates participating in a Four-Part Action Plan aimed at obtaining mercy while there is still time for mercy.
Four-Part Action Plan
The Action Plan calls each of us to holiness and employs the prayers, promises, and sacrifices for America, or any country, that Jesus directed St. Faustina to offer for her native land.
