7–9 p.m. The Spark from Poland Ignites the World and Holy Hour with Confession
This popular, one-hour multimedia presentation takes a leap into the mystical life of St. Faustina and her encounters with Jesus, the Divine Mercy. The fullness of the Catholic faith is expressed through the words of Jesus as recorded by St. Faustina with emphasis on the reality of Christ’s true presence among us particularly in the Sacraments of the Church and by means of the veneration of His Sacred Image. All are amazed to learn of and see the correlation between the original Image of the Divine Mercy and the Shroud of Turin, a highlight of MOMM presentations for 20 years.

Presenters
Dave and Joan Maroney are founders and directors of Mother of Mercy Messengers, an apostolate of the Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception from the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.

Shortly after their marriage, Dave & Joan consecrated their family to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Sacred Heart of Jesus. They believe their devotion to Mary is a big the reason they were eventually asked to leave home and careers to travel the country spreading the Divine Mercy message and devotion.

Over the last 20 years now Dave and Joan have spoken at nearly 1000 parishes, schools, and conferences throughout the United States and beyond as well as on many Catholic radio shows. They have produced several popular CDs, DVDs, materials, and resources to assist others in sharing the Faith. In 2012 they launched the Divine Mercy for America prayer campaign and network which continues to grow and now spread to other nations.

Joan and Dave operate from their home in the Texas Hill Country near San Antonio. They have three adult married children and totally enjoy six wonderful grandchildren.
